A new package available for models.

Sheffield based web design firm, ZombieTuesday are set to take the fashion world by storm this September with the launch of a brand new package aimed at amateur models.

Developed after a number of enquiries from upcoming models, who were struggling to fund the production of a website whilst trying to break into the business, the new packages available from Zombie Tuesday Ltd will start from as little as £300 including the first year’s hosting.

Martyn ZombieTuesday, director at the firm who specialise in designing websites with a ‘twist’, said: “We decided to launch a specialist package for the model community after the wealth of enquiries we receive from those at amateur level.

“We were first approached by a model called Amaryllis at www.amaryllismidnightfaerie.co.uk who expressed her need for a website to increase her chances of making it in such a cut-throat industry. Despite having a need for her own website, she like many other models waiting to hit the big time could not afford the full scale sites purchased by some of the industry’s big named players.”

Officially launched later this week, The model website packages from Zombie Tuesday Ltd come with an easy to use content management system where the models can control all aspects of text and imagery, a front page, a portfolio which makes use of an unlimited gallery, a blog, a contact page, a links page, and as many additional basic pages as the models require.

Martyn ZombieTuesday, who has previously designed websites for bands and those within the media sectors, added: “As we have worked with model agencies and models before, we have a great understanding of the industry and what will work best for our clients from a design point of view. We also have ties to the media industry and photographers, so we are in a position to forward business between clients.

“Although our packages cost as little as £300 for the standard package, which includes the first years hosting (£40 a year thereafter), the models can have extras added at additional costs if they require something specific.

“We are really excited to offer this brand new service to those within the modelling community. As we are a start up business ourselves, we understand the costs and difficulties associated with trying to break into the media arena.”
